PINKS ALL OUT - VENDOR & ADVERTISING PROGRAM
All Raceway Park 2008 Sponsors and New & Existing Raceway News Advertisers are entitled to vendor space discounts at Pinks All Out on Saturday, July 26 and special advertising rates in Raceway News issue date July 27.
Raceway Park is offering a 25% discount on vendor spaces to the sponsors and advertisers. All vendors must also purchase an advertisement at a discounted rate in Raceway News.
Vendor Space Information:
20 x 40 End Cap (Limited availability). Regular rate $800, Sponsor/Advertiser rate $600.
20 x 20. Regular rate $650, Sponsor/Advertiser rate $485.
10 x 20 (Limited availability). Regular rate $500, Sponsor/Advertiser rate $375.
Advertising Information:
Full page: $315 - 12" high x 10" wide
Half Page: $226 - 6" high x 10" wide
Quarter Page: $118 - 6" high x 5" wide
All rates are for black and white ads. For all ads with color, there is a pass along cost of $125 per color, four colors maximum. Ads should be in a JPEG file and provided via email or on a disk. Email ads to: etownrcwy@aol.com. Ads with color should be provided with color separations. Deadline for all ads for the Pinks All Out issue, cover dated July 27 is Friday, July 11.
Additional Vendor Information:
All payments must be done in full upon purchasing spots via a company check or Visa/MasterCard.
New parts vendors/manufacturers will be first priority for space location. RP has the final decision on location of all vendors.
Set-up day is Thursday 7/24. All vendors must be in Raceway Park by 6pm on Thursday 7/24-no exceptions! The gates are open to the
public on Friday.
Each 10 x 20 vending spot receives (3) two day worker passes. Each 20 x 20 vending spot receives (5) two day worker passes. Each end cap 20 x 40 vending spot receives (6) two day worker passes. Each additional two day worker pass is $35.
Absolutely no pets in the vendor area
Absolutely no food or beverage is to be sold, handed out, exhibited by anyone. This will be grounds for removal from the raceway park property with zero refund.
Absolutely no merchandise, ie: t-shirts, collectables, jackets, hats, etc is to be sold with anything that says pinks, pinks all out, speed tv, raceway park, etc. Any and all decisions are up to the raceway park management and all final regarding this manor. If this agreement is broken by the vendor all merchandise will be confiscated and not returned to the vendor.
No vending spots will be sold at the gate. The final day is 7/11/08.
The final map will be made and posted on www.racewaypark.com on Monday 7/14. No changes will be made once the map is posted.
